The core of Strong Foundations is the belief in hiring high quality educators with extensive classroom experience. Our teachers are state certified to teach elementary school.
Mrs. Neal
Owner/Teacher
Mrs. Neal has a Masters Degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University. She has spent the past 18 years teaching Preschool, Kindergarten and First Grade. She is a state-certified Reading Specialist and also holds an Arizona Early Childhood Teaching Certificate and ESL endorsement.
Mrs. Bradley
Kindergarten Teacher
Mrs. Bradley has 17 years of teaching experience with a specialization in early childhood education. She is currently pursuing her Masters in School Counseling. She has taught Preschool through Third Grade. She is a state-certified Reading Specialist and Spalding Certified Teacher.
Mrs. Rathjen
Preschool Teacher
Victoria Rathjen is a licensed educator with more than 14 years of experience teaching in both the classroom and online. As a native of Columbia, South Carolina, Victoria obtained her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Clemson University (Go Tigers!). She then made the trek out west to Arizona where she taught first grade in Phoenix’s Cartwright School District for five years. Concurrently, Victoria attended Arizona State University where she obtained her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction: ESL (English as a second language). She also holds an Arizona Early Childhood Teaching Certificate and ESL endorsement.
Mrs. Smith
Preschool Teacher Assistant
Renae Smith has a BA in Business Administration. After spending ten years volunteering in her kids elementary classrooms she knew she wanted to work in education. Four years ago Renae began working as an administrative assistant. She is now looking forward to assisting with fresh, bright, young minds in preschool.
